Engagement

From first call to a plan your managers can staff

Consulting for hospitality works best when stages are visible. Here is how Site Orchard Hub Consulting typically runs an engagement in Thailand.

  1. Discovery call

We confirm property type, peak weeks, outlets in scope, and whether you need an audit, workshop, mystery visit, or recovery plan. You leave with a rough fee band and calendar options.

  2. Written scope

A short proposal names deliverables, on-site days, travel assumptions, deposit, and what stays outside the fee. Dates are held once the deposit clears.

  3. On-property work

Advisors observe guest-facing moments, speak with shift leads, and gather notes without interrupting service more than needed. Mystery visits follow a covert brief instead.

  4. Findings and workshop

You receive a written brief with ranked recommendations. Leadership joins a working session to assign owners and timing before the next festival or high season.

  5. Handoff

Cue cards, playbooks, or scorecards are left with the people who will use them. Optional follow-up visits are quoted separately.

Start with the Guest Experience Audit if you need a full reading of the property, or choose a focused workshop or mystery visit when you already know the pressure point.
