Services described

Pages describing consultations, rates, and processes are informational. A binding scope exists only in a written proposal or engagement letter signed or confirmed in writing by both parties. Prices shown are guides and may change before a proposal is issued.

Intellectual property

Website content, including text, layout, and graphics originated by us, remains the property of Site Orchard Hub Consulting Co., Ltd.. Client deliverables (reports, playbooks, cue cards) are licensed for internal use by the commissioning property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not republish our materials as training products for third parties without permission.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, reasonable access for on-site observation, and a safe working environment for our advisors. Mystery-guest engagements require a genuine booking path as described in the scope.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Site Orchard Hub Consulting Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from consulting advice, including lost revenue or reputational claims by guests. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or submit unlawful content through forms. We may suspend access that threatens the integrity of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements with Site Orchard Hub Consulting Co., Ltd., without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
